The Opportunity
Found is looking for an operations leader to build and lead the Marketplace Operations function, which will be responsible for overseeing the provider supply-side marketplace, a central component of delivering our evidenced-based approach to weight care.
You’ll have the opportunity to imagine and build a function that touches components ranging from provider acquisition, metrics, incentives, utilization, state-level supply distribution, and cost structure. This is a critical leadership role in the company that will have a large impact on growth, profitability, and scale for a rapidly growing startup tackling an expanding category.
This role reports to the Head of Care Operations and will closely partner with the VP, Clinical Operations and medical group owner to deliver on healthcare’s quadruple aim: improving patient and provider experience, increasing outcomes, and decreasing costs.
What You’ll Do
- Develop the strategy: Set the goals and vision for the Marketplace Operations function
- Influence the company: Build relationships and get buy-in for your team’s initiatives, including (but not limited to) Clinical Operations, Growth, Product, Business Operations, Finance, Legal & Compliance, and SLT
- Execute the plan: Employ bias for action to put the strategy into execution while building scalable processes whenever possible
- Test the hypotheses: Launch experiments and leverage data to quickly understand ROI
- Own the performance: Establish metrics and manage them - the buck stops with you
- Build the team: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team
What You Have
- 7-10+ years of relevant work experience, including 2+ years working on supply-side operations for a tech-enabled marketplace business
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (e.g. early-stage startups, new business units)
- 3+ years of leadership and people management experience
- Strong analytical background and propensity for data-driven decision making
- Bias towards action with an inclination to use the 80/20 rule
- Talent for putting structure around ambiguity
- Ability to communicate complex problems, processes, and plans in a concise manner
- Desire for significant responsibility and opportunity to build
