Director of Network Management

The Network Management Director will report to the VP, Provider Partnerships and will be tasked with supporting axials provider network across its markets. The ideal candidate will be a highly strategic professional with excellent operational, communication and presentation skills. This individual will work to support and manage partnerships with a variety of health care providers spanning the healthcare ecosystem.

• Identify key providers within a market by reviewing reports from analytics and conducting market-level interviews with various stakeholders
• Learn and stay on top of key market level patterns surrounding behavioral health and primary care providers
• Conduct outreach to providers and complete qualitative interviews
• Provide educational overviews of axial's SUD home model
• Work to implement and secure co-management agreements with providers to ensure quality services on outbound member referrals
• Review monthly claims and utilization reports and survey provider compliance with co-management agreements
• Serve as the internal escalation point on network issues identified by clinical or provider operations functions
• Establish regular remote and in-person meeting cadence with providers to discuss partnerships and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is preferred or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated ability working in a health care environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and effective presentation skills
• Computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS-Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with CRM platforms is preferred
• Ability to travel as business needs required (Up to 50%)
