Do you want to be our director of operations?

Ruddell is a company focusing on opportunistic real estate deals in the Southeast and Miami, FL. We are an asset class agnostic shop, focused on value-add deals in our key geographic areas. We seek to capitalize on the current economy and grow the business exponentially over the next 20 years.

Director of Operations Responsibilities:

1.Own the process of starting a real estate brokerage company

2.Lead leasing efforts of vacant properties

3.Hold all contractors accountable for executing on time and on budget

4.Handle all Public Relations & Marketing efforts

5.Optimize current properties and set up a property management process

6.Execute on multiple developments

What does it take to be part of our team?

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a development or investment real estate shop where your impact can be measured
• Working knowledge of property regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Understanding of Marketing and Public Relations
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A customer service mindset with ability to build and nurture relationships
• Proactive and driven to execute without constant oversight
• Results driven with the ability to handle up to 5 projects simultaneously
