WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Purpose of the Position:
The Director of Operations plays a crucial role in the success of our National Accounts Service company. This leadership position reports directly to the VP/GM of NAS and is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational aspects of the business to ensure growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while building up our strong culture of safety. The position is responsible for overseeing national service operations functions in a non-manufacturing environment. He/she will lead the organization's effort to develop and improve operations through efficient and effective integrated processes, implementing common management processes/services to leverage organization resources. The Director of Operations will direct operations review of cost and service structures, productivity measures and delivery methods to achieve planned ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the field operations teams, fostering a culture of Integrity, Respect & Excellence.
- Safety: Embrace our safety culture and be an advocate to meet or exceed all our safety goals
- Operations Management: Oversee the operational aspects of the business, including supply chain, logistics, and service delivery to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Customer Relations: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by building rapport with clients, monitoring and improving customer service processes, addressing customer concerns, to maintain strong client relationships.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial health of the company by setting budgets, analyzing financial data, and making strategic financial decisions.
- Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all relevant regulations and industry standards in the HVAC service sector.
- Project / Program Management: Ensure that our Operations is aligned with our Project Management team and subsidiaries (ie: AES - Reclaim/Recycle, Dedicated Installation teams, and LII Factory EOC and Start-ups)

Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the HVAC or related industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and services.
- Knowledge of market trends and emerging technologies in HVAC.
