The Role:

As we continue to grow and expand, pivotal to our success is the appointment of an exceptional director of outbound Sales who will play a critical role in charting the path toward future growth and success. You will work with our Leadership Team to build a first-class, data-driven and highly efficient outbound sales organization that fuels Paro’s aggressive and expansive growth. This person will develop the sales and channel strategy, design and develop the sales team and execute against our sales and channel growth plans on a day-to-day, month-to-month, and quarter-to-quarter basis.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Supervising through influence an end to end sales process for the outbound team, irrespective of the organizational boundaries it crosses. This includes but is not limited to:
    • Revenue operations on sales processes, sales training and enablement
    • Supply team to ensure the right supply is available at the right time to handle the sales
    • Product team to influence the requirements for, and acceptance of, products involved in the sales process
    • Customer success to ensure revenue and, therefore revenue based quota attainment is maximized
  • Grow, diversify, and optimize our full-funnel sales performance
    • Develop and execute effective outbound channel strategies and plans through the channel teams
    • Produce effective outbound channel playbooks and drive business on the demand side of the marketplace, and continually work to balance the supply-demand
    • Develop, design, implement and continuously improve the sales process and cycle across all channels to drive conversion, increase deal size and LTV, and reduce sales conversion cycles.
    • Responsible for determining the ICP for outbound and finding the right product market fit for outbound sales.
  • Maintain a performance-driven culture and run a tight ship, while supporting employee growth, learning & development

How you’ll add value:

  • Extensive experience in a high-growth (preferably marketplace or staffing) outbound sales role, Series B and beyond
  • Proficient knowledge selling financial consulting services in mid to large enterprises with c-level relationships
  • Established B2B sales experience and in leading Sales Managers & Teams, ideally with exposure to consultative and solution-based selling methodologies
  • Track record of exceeding quota targets in an outbound sales organization within a rapidly growing startup, on a path to global expansion
  • DNA as an executor who is prone to action
    • Documented success in scaling and advancing sales strategies, processes, KPIs and global adoption
    • Highly skilled executor with the ability to identify and set an actionable course to capture it, and drive results across the finish line
  • Leadership
    • Experience hiring, managing, and growing sales organizations
    • A personable leader who can motivate and accelerate sales channel teams and managers
