The Opportunity
One Medical for Business (OM4B) partners with employers to offer their employees convenient access to primary care - through unlimited on-demand virtual care, remote primary care, and in-person visits in 28 markets. Our advanced primary care model promotes wellness and prevention with integrated chronic, behavioral, pediatric, and acute care support. One Medical is looking for a leader to help us develop and strengthen our capabilities in both enterprise marketing and outbound sales. The Director of Outbound Sales Excellence will manage our highly impactful SDR team, bringing proven methods and a perspective on how the entire sales organization can get the most out of their market-facing activities. You should be comfortable writing content, reviewing process flows and calls, and giving one on one feedback with team members, with the goal of creating a new sales pipeline and efficiencies for OM4B at an exciting time for One Medical.
What you’ll likely work on:
- Manage, advocate for, and expand the Sales Development function, which supports our regional and national sales teams
- Demonstrate best practices for outbound message content, frequency, and follow up across the full sales function, including the small business team
- Coordinate with Marketing and in-market sales teams to optimize campaigns, events, and thought leadership material to generate opportunities
- Design and operate a lead tracking process in partnership with Commercial Operations for the full spectrum of contacts inclusive of inbounds and event attendees
- Support strategic projects with pan-Amazon colleagues to generate awareness of One Medical and create efficient cross-sell mechanisms
What you’ll need:
- Minimum 7 years of sales or external facing growth role
- At least 3 years as a leader of a sales team or SDR function
- 2+ years of employee benefits or healthcare experience
- Track record of coaching your direct team members to hit targets
- Experience driving best practices across an entire sales function
- Prior experience being in a SDR/BDR or Sales consultant role
- Strong reporting skills and prior work with CRM and other automated sales tools

This is a full time position based in any of One Medical’s markets, with the option of remote work and limited travel up to 10%.
One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices:
The base salary range for this role is $129,600 to $219,000. However, actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate. These factors include, but are not limited to, job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees, and specific work location.
The total compensation package for certain roles may also include additional components such as a sign-on bonus, annual performance bonus, equity grants in the form of RSUs, medical and other benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
