As Director of Partner Development on the Enterprise Growth team, you will be integral to the partner acquisition, partner management and partner network extension efforts.Â
You will support the growth of our existing operating companies by leading targeted business development opportunities (regional and/or sector specific), building and managing a pipeline for net new partner acquisitions and executing the partner engagement programming. This is an incredible opportunity to contribute to changing healthcare and working across the industry with key incumbents. In this role, you will develop and manage a pipeline of prioritized partner targets for the benefit of Redesign Health and its operating companies.Â
This role will report to the VP of Enterprise Growth team and can be NYC based or remote.Â
What you’ll do:Partner DevelopmentÂ
- Perform market research to identify and prioritize partner acquisition targets
- Drive growth of net new partnerships by building a pipeline of strategic partnership opportunities and closing key deals on a regional/national level
- Prepare for external meetings with partners - e.g., research partner & attendees, create summaries of ongoing portfolio company dialogues at a target partner, coordinate with the broader team to define and prioritize opportunities to highlight early stage concepts
- Lead the development and management of executive-level relationships across leading care delivery organizations, driving opportunities for continued collaboration with Redesign Health while advising them on how our innovation platform can accelerate their business strategy
Partner Relationship Management
- Implement and execute the partner engagement strategyÂ
- Facilitate portfolio company introductions based on partner profile, priorities and strategic initiatives; track outcomes and manage follow-ups
- Develop and manage relationships with Partner teams to build trust, design and execute on an engagement model that aligns with both organizations
- Support the facilitation of commercial and strategic introductions amongst portfolio companies, network relationships, and prospects
- Utilize CRM for tracking partner activity and reporting
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with the New Ventures and X Ventures teams to understand their pipeline for partner targeting and acquisitionÂ
- Build and maintain deep understanding of Redesign Health’s portfolio of operating companies and platform vision to effectively explore opportunities, design best-in-class programs, and create value for all parties
- Scope, negotiate, and contract commercial agreements with external partners while serving as the primary procurement lead internally with cross-functional stakeholders (i.e. Legal, Strategy & Finance, Partner Marketing, etc.)Â Â
What you’ll need:
- 7+ years of experience developing partnerships and selling a product or service directly into IDN, health systems or large physician groups Â
- Extensive background in developing long-term business relationships with Chief Innovation Officers, Chief Medical Officers, Chief Strategy Officers and other senior leaders
- Subject matter expertise and experience leading presentations to large audiences, and having the ability to steer 1:1 conversations with senior leaders
- Experience working in or with enterprise healthcare companies such as digital health, health plans, providers etc.Â
- Expertise leveraging CRM tools, including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot or similar
- Builds Networks. You build strong formal and informal networks, and are able to draw upon multiple relationships across a variety of functions and locations to exchange ideas, resources, and know-how.
- Customer Focus. You build and maintain effective customer relationships, focusing on gaining insights and identifying opportunities that benefit the customer and deliver solutions.
- Communicates Effectively. You are effective in a variety of communication settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels.

Additional Information
Full-time base salary range of $150,000 - $250,000 plus a competitive equity & benefits package listed under the "Why work with us?" section.Â
