About the Team:

AlphaSense Marketing is a revenue and pipeline focused marketing team that encompasses demand generation, product marketing, corporate communications, PR / AR, brand, customer marketing, content marketing, and events. At our core, we’re here to support AlphaSense’s growth, which we do by contributing to pipeline and revenue; developing a brand that’s widely known to the markets we serve; and encouraging user engagement both within our product and with our brand.

About the Role: 

The Director of Partner Marketing will lead and own our partner marketing program, which is designed to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, product adoption, and pipeline and revenue, as well as cultivate our existing partner relationships.

Our partners include Wall Street’s top research firms and are critical for AlphaSense’s continued growth and success. In this role, you will define, develop, execute, and measure integrated co-marketing campaigns to promote the incredible content in our platform by working hand-in-hand with the larger Marketing team (Demand Gen, Creative, Events, Brand/PR, Product Marketing) and key stakeholders from Broker Relations, Sales, Content, and Product.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Own, develop, and define the global partner marketing strategy to drive awareness and consumption of research in our platform, while simultaneously identifying and achieving mutual business goals.
  • Lead the GTM and execution of co-marketing programs across a wide variety of assets, including webinars, events, emails, content, social, PR, and thought leadership, and ensure they align with company, team, and content partnership goals.
  • Build tiered co-marketing offerings and packages and develop creative decks/slides to pitch partnership opportunities for new and existing partners
  • Define success metrics and provide regular reporting on the success of programs to each partner to ensure satisfaction and continued participation in co-marketing initiatives
  • Build, scale, and expand the partner co-marketing program aimed at accelerating initiatives with existing partners and using it as an attraction for new partners.  
  • Provide outstanding white glove service and build 1:1 relationships with each broker partner.
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure proper messaging, positioning, and the highest quality standard for any materials including partners.
  • Play a lead role, in collaboration with Product Marketing and Demand Gen, on building partner-specific sales enablement materials, content launches, promotional assets, and more.

Who You Are:

  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS and content partnerships; preferably in FinTech
  • Ability to lead and drive cross-functional programs with strong planning and project management skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent relationship-management and presentation skills
  • Experience hiring and building a team 
  • Knowledge of the full marketing mix
