This leadership role sits at the center of partner growth, account strategy, and revenue expansion within a fast-paced, SaaS-driven ecosystem. The Director of Partnerships will oversee a high-performing team responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic, high-value partners. This role combines relationship leadership, commercial ownership, and operational discipline to maximize partner satisfaction and long-term revenue performance. You will act as the primary executive-level point of contact for key partners while driving cross-functional alignment across sales, product, marketing, and operations. The position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with accountability for forecasting, renewals, and expansion initiatives. This is a high-impact role focused on deepening partnerships, unlocking growth opportunities, and shaping long-term commercial success.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Partner Account Managers to ensure strong performance, engagement, and delivery against business objectives
  • Serve as the executive-level owner for a portfolio of high-value partners, managing day-to-day relationships and long-term strategic alignment
  • Own revenue forecasting, portfolio health tracking, and performance analysis across existing partner accounts
  • Drive expansion initiatives including upsell, cross-sell, usage growth, and identification of new partner use cases
  • Lead contract renewals and renegotiations to ensure mutually beneficial terms and sustained revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure consistent account management processes across the team
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to translate partner feedback into actionable product and roadmap improvements
  • Ensure strong cross-functional execution and alignment across all stages of the partner lifecycle
  • Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, SaaS sales, or account management roles within technology-driven environments
    • Proven experience leading teams and managing strategic, high-value partner relationships
    • Strong track record of growing existing accounts and driving revenue expansion within an established customer or partner base
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with cross-functional complexity
    • Experience with SaaS, ISV, fintech, or channel-based business models strongly preferred
    • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, including forecasting and performance management experience
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across product, sales, and operations functions
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
