Your new team

Frontify's Global Partnerships team is a community of highly motivated people with diverse skill sets and backgrounds ranging across Sales, Agencies, Marketing, and Customer Success. Together, they elevate the company and grow as people. Outside of work, they're creatives, nature lovers, socializers, and so much more.

Your Mission

As Director of Partnerships US you will lead a dynamic team focused on driving growth, by executing partnership strategies, negotiating and closing deals. To succeed in this position you'll need to have a creative agency network ready to tap into, with a deep understanding of the creative/branding agency space within the US.

• 5-10 years of experience in partnership management or business development or related fields. 
• Proven ability to develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with business goals.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Deep understanding of the creative and branding agency space in the US.
• Extensive network in the creative agency space.
• Advanced negotiation skills and a track record of achieving partnership-related KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying partnership value propositions and building high-level relationships.
• Experience in managing partnerships on a global scale.
• Ability to think creatively and propose innovative partnership strategies.
