Role
As the Director of Business Operations, you will oversee the daily funding and file processing for all Paymode-X (PMX) channels, priority service items, reconciliations, and Global Commission Payments (GCP). You will evaluate and improve policies, procedures, technology and tools to progress productivity while ensuring proper controls and support are in place.
How you will contribute:
- Provide oversight and support to the Operations and Reconciliation teams
- Measure performance of the various areas of responsibility and based on results determine areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other teams to improve processes, share information, and educate team members
- Work closely with Product as the Operations SME for future Paymode-X enhancements
- Continued oversight of GCP business - monitoring, measuring, and cautiously growing the base
- Participate and at times project manage key initiatives requiring your knowledge/leadership
What will make you successful:
- 5-7 years of overseeing Business Operations functions
- Track record of successfully managing cross functional teams through periods of rapid growth
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Passionate about delivering a high-quality customer experience
- Proven ability to assess organizational strengths and gaps and motivate individuals and teams to embrace and meet objectives
- Software-as-a-service experience a strong plus
- Highly organized and capable of working effectively across functional groups
- High emphasis on attention to detail
- Prior experience in cash operations or payment processing a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred
