Job Description

Personalization Manager / Director

Location: Hybrid role based in Denver, CO

Employment Type and Duration: Full-time for a duration of 3 months with potential extension contingent upon performance and project outcomes.

Project Overview: The Personalization Manager / Director is a pivotal role within our team, working with a leading telecommunications firm to develop and implement a robust personalization strategy. This individual will be responsible for the strategy and execution phases, including the assessment and application of personalization tools, and ensuring these initiatives support the overarching business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive personalization strategy and ensure its successful implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate personalization efforts seamlessly.
• Lead the evaluation and deployment of advanced personalization tools.
• Create and manage a roadmap and backlog of user stories specifically tailored to drive personalization initiatives.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Substantial experience in personalization within a B2C environment dealing with millions of customers
• Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of personalization tools and strategies.
• Advanced implementation knowledge of current personalization platforms and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success in personalization roles, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
• Exceptional analytical and project management skills, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
