The Role

SimpleHealth is looking for a Director, Pharmacy Vendor Relationships and QA to take ownership over SimpleHealth’s relationship with our pharmacy operations vendors to ensure the highest quality of care is being delivered to our patients. 

Essential Functions

• Manage our pharmacy operations vendors and fulfillment partners to drive the profitability and top-line performance 
• Oversee the end-to-end vendor relationship, from signing new vendors, to leading negotiations, to resolving operational or logistics issues
• Measure productivity, compliance, and workflow
• Champion company projects that include external vendors, data migrations, and financial analysis

Your Qualifications

• An organized, structured problem solver
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Analytical; previous experience in QA, IT or workflows a plus
• A team player who likes jumping and helping out; no task is too small
• Good with people; you enjoy working in a group and know how to lead through influence
• Familiar with the pharmacy operations landscape; you’ve worked with PBMs and fulfillment partners
• You’ve worked closely with pharmacy operations vendors before and are very familiar with pharmacy operations software

• Remote
• Typing and computer usage throughout the day
• Standard business hours M-F
• Travel requirements: < 25%
• No lift requirements
