Director of Portfolio Solution Engineers

As a Director of PSE (Portfolio SE) team, you will lead a team of Portfolio SEs that owns all solution engineering activities across NICE CXi portfolio for the assigned sales territory.

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of your team, set objectives and coach your team members, manage hiring activities
- Define and execute training plan for your team with focus on value selling
- Collaborate and drive with the sales team our GTM (Go-To Market) plans
- Manage and support the team through the sales process and specific opportunities
- Collaborate with the different teams (sales, services, support, product) and drive process & product improvements activities
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience with managing Presales teams, and driving team and employee development
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and independent leader
- Creative business and technical mindset, with proven process improvement track record
- Proven customer relationship management, ability to communicate with C-level executives
- Proven technical experience in large and complex enterprise solutions
- Ability to drive collaboration with other in-direct teams

Additional Valuable Skills:
- Public Sector (Fed, SLED) selling experience
- Cloud technologies and certifications
- Contact center technologies, Workforce Engagement Management, CRM or Business Intelligence experience
- Digital and self-service Solutions and/or Customer Experience Solutions
