The Director - Pricing and Packaging Strategy is a core member of the Pricing Team that leads the strategic effort to establish our Global Pricing and Packaging, working cross functionally with executives, sales, marketing, product, operations, finance, and legal departments.
This leader is strategic thinker that uses a data-centric approach to proactively define and execute RingCentral's pricing and packaging strategy. This leader relies on their experience as a foundation, but is looking for new opportunities drive revenue growth and gain competitive advantages in their markets. The ideal candidate has a background in Software as a Service or subscription pricing models, and packaging construction. This candidate is someone who paint the vision, seek executive approval, and execute the strategy.
Must-Have:
* Experience in SaaS or Subscription based Global Pricing and Packaging Models
* Strategic planning mindset and roll-up-the-sleeves execution with the best in the industry
* Ability to build a team and scale processes
* Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and skilled in negotiating and navigating executive approvals
Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree
* 5-10 years of experience in a similar/relevant role

If you are hired in Denver, the compensation range for this position is between $146,000 and $181,170 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
