• Have an incredible impact in the creation of the Remote product
• Being able to guide other product leaders removing roadblocks, leading all product initiatives, and overseeing the entire Remote product lifecycle.
• Educate the team on product-led decisions and how to make a real impact in the industry
• Help solving interesting problems without obvious right answers. 
• Have the chance to work with the Remote team to understand how to scale Remote
• Being part of a strong product development process and practise in close partnership with our CTO, your team and other teams at Remote.

• Clear view on how to drive Remote in the right direction by leading on a shared vision for your product area
• Leadership skills: you’ll lead a team of product managers to deliver on our shared strategy and goals
• Communicate and evangelize the product, roadmap, and process changes inside and outside of Remote

In New York and Colorado, in particular, the base compensation range for this role (including all mandatory allowances/bonuses) is $178,500.00 - $193,600.00. Actual compensation is decided once the interview process is concluded and an assessment of experience; competencies and skills; internal equity and calibration to market data is complete. Successful Candidates outside these location(s) will have our geo-range philosophy applied.
