Director of Product

Our Enterprise Brand, HelloPrivacy, allows enterprises across industries like identity protection, fintech, banking, antivirus and cybersecurity to add powerful privacy features to their own offerings through our scalable, industry-leading Privacy APIs and white label partner solutions. In this sense we are leading the "privacy as a service" space.

We're looking for one of the first members of our product team (Director of Product) to report directly to our CEO to continue developing, managing and executing our exciting product roadmap, and build out a world class product team.

We are a product-centric and highly collaborative company which means you will be working closely with our CTO, executive team and highly experienced engineering and marketing teams, using agile tools to help product and engineering collaborate at the highest level.

You will be inheriting a strong supporting team and roadmap with the opportunity to greatly expand and leave your mark.

Responsibilities

• Scale the product department; build a foundation and processes, hire and mentor product professionals to drive roadmaps
• Work with our CEO regarding product vision and deliverables
• Collaborate with our CTO and build product roadmaps to align with engineering
• Communicate directly with our Enterprise partners regarding product work
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to solve business & technical challenges in simple, sustainable ways
• Manage product & product roadmap for several successful, fully scaled products servicing millions of users
• Oversee the development and launch of new products coming to market alongside our CTO and CEO

Qualifications

• You've been a leader in product for 6+ years
• Ability to lead a comprehensive product vision across a cross-functional business communicate your product vision to all audiences
• You have hired and mentored product professionals
• You have strength in writing well thought out product tickets including detailed acceptance criteria
• You have a firm grasp on Agile methodologies
• You have experience building product roadmaps and aligning with engineering, marketing and design teams on product goals
• You regularly practice KYC and have a wealth of experience working with outside partners from a product perspective
• You understand in practice how to manage various request funnels from partners, internal requests, etc… and maintain appropriate documentation
• You have worked closely with software engineering teams
• You are willing to roll up your sleeves including helping with our QA processes to ensure we are delivering accurate product features
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design
• If required you can build high quality wireframes
• You are highly organized and have great experience meeting deadlines
• You have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
