Accrete is looking for a Director of Product who will drive the strategic direction of our product portfolio in the Government Sector. As a Director of Product, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver innovative and market-leading products. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and deep product management expertise.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the overall product strategy and roadmap aligned with the company's vision, market trends, and customer needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance, feedback, and support in their day-to-day activities and professional growth.
- Define clear product objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure success and drive accountability within the product management team.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, including customer research, competitive intelligence, and industry trends, to identify market opportunities and drive product innovation.
- Understand what data should be collected and applied to the product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Manage the product development process, including ideation, concept validation, product design, development, testing, and release.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including executives, engineering teams, marketing teams, and sales teams, to ensure alignment and timely delivery of product initiatives.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance, measure customer satisfaction, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated onI emerging AI technologies, AI industry trends, and best practices in product management, and leverage that knowledge to drive product innovation and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the product management team and across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Federal security clearance at the SECRET or TOP SECRET level, TS//SCI a plus
- Experience with Government, public sector, & supply chain
- Proven experience in identifying and implementing innovative solutions using the latest technology.
- Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, and effectively manage and develop talent.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on understanding customer needs and market dynamics.
- Deep understanding of product management principles and methodologies, with hands-on experience in product strategy, roadmap development, and product lifecycle management.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align product initiatives with organizational goals and financial objectives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and work effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure product success.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and familiarity with product management tools and platforms.
The base salary range for this position is: $200,000.00 - $220,000.00 USD
