Director of Product

At Pangea Money Transfer, we are dedicated to building the world’s best platform for consumers to transfer money internationally by reducing the cost and pain points of money transfer while maintaining high reliability and security standards. Pangea is seeking a product leader to drive the product roadmap for our core consumer facing platform and mobile apps. You will lead a talented team of product managers to define and manage our roadmap.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and mentor a talented team of product managers.
• Synthesize customer feedback, market opportunities and competitor capabilities to develop our product roadmap.
• Define our product roadmap and be able to clearly articulate this to both senior leadership and our engineering teams.
• Provide ongoing visibility to the rest of the company regarding the long-term roadmap and short-term priorities.
  

Requirements: 

• Bachelors or Masters degree
• 10+ years of Product Management experience, with 3+ years managing product managers.
• A track record of discovering, building, and scaling consumer facing products that customers love.
• Highly analytical, with a strong business acumen.
• Understanding of payment systems.
• Exemplary cross-functional verbal and written communication skills from influencing senior management to inspiring developers.
• Experience working with teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

• Experience in the banking, payments and/or financial services industries.
