The Role:

We are hiring a Director of Product to lead our recruitment platform. This position will be a leader across the organization, and a key early member of RippleMatch’s team. You will have lots of room to build an incredible product and also help define the future product organization.

What you'll do:

You will help set strategy for your product area. You’ll get access to our Enterprise customers to understand their needs, and work with internal teams to turn these needs into a compelling vision for the future of recruiting.

You will set ambitious goals for your vision, and keep your team and stakeholders focused on achieving those goals over the long term.

You will manage and grow a team of exceptional PMs, providing coaching, insights, and servant leadership to make sure they are successful. You will bring your expertise in product development, and teach this hard-won experience to the team and stakeholders.

You’ll work with Engineering leadership to push the boundaries on what we can do with automating the challenges of recruiting to make our recruiters more efficient and better at finding the best candidates for their jobs.

RippleMatch is a remote-first company. We believe in helping to shape the future of work and creating accessibility to a great working environment for all, regardless of location.  Our physical office is conveniently located near Union Square in New York City and all RippleMatch team members are encouraged to work remotely or come into the office as much as they want or not at all. To ensure the health and safety of our team, RippleMatch does require proof of vaccination for all team members.

We host monthly virtual events as well as monthly in-person events, team-wide virtual activities every month like Wellness Challenges, and a time to hear from our founders regularly regardless of location.
