What you'll do:
We are seeking a talented Director of Product to lead the 0->1 product development and launch of our first ever consumer mobile app (in beta).

• Be central to the success of this new product and the internal champion for this new product line.
• Strategically be involved in the critical early lifecycle of the product and forge its path to growth, consumer engagement, and profitability.
• Drive truly personalized experiences as well as test, iterate, and optimize our acquisition and repeat user experiences on key metrics.
• Seek to discover new consumer needs/journeys and lead creation of experiences that fulfill them.
• Set goals, identify opportunities and priorities, and deliver features that help our customers get to a better financial position.

We will look to you to bring this exciting new product offering to life and hold yourself and your cross-functional teams accountable to deliver results on behalf of Achieve and our customers.
What you'll bring:

• 7+ years of Product Management experience building consumer web or mobile apps and leading a cross functional team to effectively deliver consumer and business value in a competitive environment.
• Experience successfully managing consumer mobile apps in particular, ideally bringing a new product to market (0->1).
• A track record of success driving profitable acquisition, customer base, and revenue growth for consumer-facing products. Fintech experience is a plus.
• Strong executor with a natural ability to make things happen individually, and through influence.
• Ability to earn trust and commitment at all levels of the organization and create win-win situations that benefit the company and your initiative.
• Experience managing and growing highly effective Product Managers is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required. MBA or equivalent preferred
