Job Requirements

• Demonstrable Product experience, preferably in a SaaS Product or with an HCM focused company (HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, Time, etc)
• 3+ year of Leadership experience with a proven track record of managing successful teams in a fast-paced environment and delivering complex products to market from the ground-up
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with HR, Payroll, and Benefits Systems (ADP, Workday, etc)
• Experience working with the Agile methodology of software development
• Experience with cross functional teams, including collaborating with partners in Engineering, Product Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
• Experience with US and/or UK Payroll - preferred
