Salary Rangeย
The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $200,000 - $250,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Job Description
We are in search of a Director for Product Engineering with strong knowledge in property management and finance. The role will be focused on leading the technical teams dedicated to the development and maintenance of our integrations platform, which is built using AWS event-driven serverless architecture, NetSuite integrations and configurations, UI Path, and no-code/low-code platforms and tools.
The ideal candidate will bring a robust understanding of the software development life cycle, product development, integrations, and cloud computing. As the Assistant Coach, you will assist in liaising with various team members, including technical product owners, scrum masters, solution architects, delivery teams, and offshore resources, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve and coach technical teams accountable for the development of various products integrations, bots and upkeep.
- Collaborate with product management, solution architecture and other stakeholders to comprehend and prioritize delivery.
- Help ensure adherence to the company's software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality standards within the development process.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and operational efficiency within the team.
- Provide technical leadership support, aiding in the mentoring , coaching and career development of team members.
- Work closely with solution architects to ensure the platform is designed and implemented to meet business and technical requirements.
- Assist in managing the team's workload, prioritizing projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Coordinate with onshore and offshore resources to align them with the team's goals and objectives.
- Regularly update senior management about progress, risks, capacity, and issues.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance and scalability of the platform to meet stakeholder needs.
Experience / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing technical teams
- Deep understanding of system integration capabilities in NetSuite, including SuiteTalk (REST and SOAP) and SuiteAnalytics Connect
- Experience with RPA product such as UiPath, Blue Prism or, Microsoft Power Automate
- Strong experience in cloud computing, AWS and ideally event-driven serverless architecture
- Deep understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Experience in building and managing large-scale, high-performance systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically
