The Opportunity

We are seeking an outstanding product leader to join our Generative AI and Sensei team. In this role, you will craft a strategy to drive AI/ML innovation in all Creative Cloud products, productizing Generative models for professionals and communicators, and setting the foundation for the next decades of creativity!

You will lead all product aspects of Adobe Clio, our foundational model trained on ethically sourced data. Clio is focused on generating ingredients for human artists' consumption and will be deeply integrated in our creative products and with Adobe's Content Authenticity Initiative (CAI). It aims to redefine existing workflows in content creation and enable our customers to be more creative and productive.

This includes exploring novel content creation workflows, new AI-first document formats, content velocity capabilities, and dialog-first user experiences. What you'll do

  • Engage with our customers, understand their needs, and solve those with Generative AI integrated in their workflows
  • Managing the Adobe Clio generative AI model, driving differentiated capabilities in terms of creative control, content quality and supported content types.
  • Partner with the GTM organization to propose a monetizable strategy for Clio
  • Work with executive leaders, partner teams, research, engineering, and program management to reinvent Creative Cloud workflows with AI/ML at the core.
  • Crafting the strategy and roadmap for the Generative AI group, defining the goals/OKRs in partnership with app and research teams. Balance between short-term investments and future bets to deliver world class models and services.
  • Craft and communicate product strategy across organizations - gain consensus, encourage collaboration and influence senior executives to acquire necessary resources - regularly engaging with partner teams to evangelize our AI/ML features
  • Explore of novel workflows and user interaction paradigms enabled by large generative models.
  • Lead a team of product managers who have deep experience in AI/ML technologies and features, coaching them to achieve excellence in quality of PM artifacts (roadmaps, backlogs, PRDs) and data-driven decision making.
  • Use your product intuition to propose new capabilities across the stack. Lead the team to validate these assumptions with a design thinking approach.
  • Ensuring that all of our AI products and platforms adhere to ethical standards and focuses on protecting the artist community and their data.

What you need to succeed

  • Strong understanding of Creative professionals and their expectations from tools across different domains such as Photography, Imaging, Design, Layout, Typography, 3D, and Video.
  • Deep passion for the content creation space and for innovation in how creativity will be transformed by AI/ML
  • Strong EQ, influencing skills, and leadership ability, ideally including experience driving consensus in matrixed organizations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills - thinking strategically and creatively to identify and address challenges and opportunities
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and challenge the status quo in a large company
  • Business instincts to help define the monetization strategy.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $163,200 -- $316,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
