As Director of Product Management, you are a passionate, customer-facing, and hands-on team member who will help us connect the global queer communities that we serve. You will lead a small team of Product Managers and Designers that are involved in every part of the product development process, from ideating the next product innovation to working with developers, designers, support, and marketing to implement features. You get excited by technologies that empower our community to better connect with each other and authentically express themselves.

• Manage a team of 3-5 PMs and Designers that you train on how to build, maintain, and think about product priorities
• Work alongside leadership to define and prioritize the product roadmap
• Help introduce new features that grow company KPIs, including revenue and MAUs
• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative product features
• Guide our PM team as it works daily with the development team to ensure a high velocity and participate in the agile rituals, such as IPMs and stand-ups
• Work with our data products and ops team to quantitatively evaluate the success and performance of the feature work that we do
• Ensure healthy product backlogs are maintained for all of the product teams, and work with your team on how to maintain this backlog
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

• 10+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience shipping consumer software with a large-scale customer base
• Experience using agile methodologies to lead product development
• Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating user feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution
• Experience leading or supporting user research
• 5+ years experience directly managing and mentoring junior and mid-career PMs

Bonus if you have experience with:

• Experience in technical architecture of mobile applications
• Experience building social and/or dating products
• Experience leading or supporting data research
• Familiarity with mobile dating apps

Compensation: $200,000
