Responsibilities:

The Director of Product Management will be responsible for defining product strategy and roadmaps for assigned products along with cultivating a rich backlog of qualified initiatives to deliver the product strategy. They will also be responsible for fostering relationships with key clients and prospects who give strategic feedback, serving as early adopters of new offerings, and evangelizing new features and products to client-facing teams. This role will also capture and refine requirements in an Agile backlog, and work with scrum teams to deliver working software through short iterations. Responsibilities will also include managing incoming client-reported bugs and prioritizing them appropriately.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a technology company or 7+ years of experience supporting a product in an operational or support role
  • Supply chain industry expertise preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel as needed (approximately 10% of the time)
