The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our product management function, driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure our products align with company objectives and meet the evolving needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B product management, particularly with data-based products, and a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Develop and drive the product strategy in alignment with the overall company vision and objectives.

Roadmap Planning: Work closely with the Chief Product Officer, engineering, sales, and marketing to develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of the product roadmap.

Customer Insights: Use customer feedback, data analytics, and market research to inform product decisions and prioritize enhancements.

Product Development: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to drive excellence and innovation.

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product plans, progress, and achievements to internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B products, particularly data-based products.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for developing talent and fostering a culture of innovation.
