Director of Product Management

As the Director of Product Management, you will:

• Be in charge of leading the entire product team, and help define the product vision with the CEO
  
• Craft our product strategy, priorities, and roadmap, and communicate them effectively to the rest of the company
  
• Work cross functionally with engineering and design leaders, as well as other functions in the company like growth and operations
  
• Develop processes needed to run product development efficiently, prioritize product decisions, and launch products
  
• Generate buy-in for important strategic initiatives, and develop collaborative relationships and workflows with key stakeholders
  
• Drive product development for a full suite of products and features with engineers and developers, from ideation to design to implementation to iteration
  
• Scale the product team, manage team performance, mentor individual product managers, and serve as a key leader and decision maker in the entire company
  

Job requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field required; MS or MBA highly desirable
  
• 8+ years of experience in product management or a field related to software product development
  
• 4+ years of experience in a product leadership role, including hiring, managing, and mentoring individual contributor PMs and more senior product managers
  
• Experience in a consumer focused technology company, preferably early to mid-stage
  

This position will be based out of our Manhattan office.
