Position Overview:

As the Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for driving the success of our product offerings from inception to launch and beyond. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and product support to deliver exceptional products that meet customer needs and align with our business goals. Your expertise in product strategy, market analysis, and team leadership will be crucial in shaping our product roadmap and driving innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy to align with C-Level business strategy and objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in partnership with product marketing.
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demand, and alignment with overall strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, product support, security & compliance) to ensure successful execution of the product roadmap while maintaining the company’s security & compliance posture.
• Drive the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch improvements, while meeting timelines and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and product designers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics in partnership with Product Operations to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

About you:

• Proven experience (8+ years) in product management roles overseeing multiple products/modules, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Strong track record of successfully developing and launching innovative products.
• Experience building, leading, and mentoring diverse teams of product managers and product designers.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong market and customer orientation with a deep understanding of user-centered product design principles.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels from individual contributor to C-Level.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools, including JIRA and Confluence.

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with email security or DMARC protocols
• Experience operating in a pod model or cross functional teams
• Experience with DNS and other public network protocols
• Experience speaking publicly as a company thought leader at conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other events.
