As Director of Product Management, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction and success of our company's programmatic advertising and measurement products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, Data Science, and executive leadership to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of audience activation and measurement techniques, and have both passion and experience for leveraging data-driven insights to optimize product performance.

You will…

  • Develop and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Audience Solutions and Planning & Measurement product lines
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities and gaps to drive innovation and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements, specifications, and user stories
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success, to gather input, align priorities, and drive successful product launches

You have…

  • Proven experience (6+ years) in product management with 2+ years in a leadership role, preferably in the B2B, AdTech, and MarTech space
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully leading the delivery of actionable insights solutions, including managing their rollout and scaled delivery phases.
  • Worked in an agile environment where needs and priorities can shift as the market evolves
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, business administration)

Compensation Package

  • The salary range for this position is $180,000 to $230,000 including bonus.  Actual compensation may vary and will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and location
