As we continue to expand there is a growing need to formalize our Product Management organization. This new role will require evaluation of existing processes, recommendations and implementation of new and ancillary Product Management disciplines and creating a strong "product centric" culture amongst the Broadridge Advisor Compensation (BRACS) business unit.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop product roadmaps through problem elaboration, feature specification and data analysis.
  • Identify problems through research and regular interaction with team members, define and frame those problems.
  • Work with engineering teams to define the requirements to a User Story level for design, implementation, and test. Drive key decisions on UI / UX.
  • Identify effective solutions that balance the needs of the various partners, with a constant focus on customer value and user experience.
  • Gather hard and soft data from all available sources and use data to support your proposals.
  • Use incisive reasoning to clarify the issues and steer the conversation with the engineering delivery teams and other partners.
  • Contribute to developing pricing models for existing and new products.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management experience
  • Demonstrable ability to create and implement Product Management methodologies
  • Demonstrable ability to build and effectively lead a team
  • An understanding of the technical architecture of sophisticated applications
  • Ability to operate with autonomy, initiative, and ownership
  • Knowledge of Product Management and product development methodologies
  • Experience with driving and following Agile processes e.g. Scrum, Kanban
  • Customer focused mentality
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Well organized with structured approach
  • Flexible to changes in direction and open to new inputs and new thinking
  • Ability to act as a bridge across the organization and effectively evangelize to all partners
  • Financial Technology industry experience is required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, accomplished presentation skills; ability to summarize key points concisely for presenting to people on all levels of the organization
  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualification
