Job Summary：

• Lead the overall product strategy, positioning, and vision for a Short Content Streaming product
• Optimize and enhance the existing product, improving user experience, engagement, and retention.
• Drive the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, content, marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of product strategy.
• Build and refine the recommendation algorithm platform to enhance user engagement and retention.
• Leverage expertise in recommendation systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee content operations and ensure seamless integration with platform features and algorithms.
• Implement strategies to increase search relevance and optimize personalized content delivery.
• Lead and mentor a dynamic technical and product team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Utilize user feedback, analytics, and industry trends to drive user growth and improve product offerings.
• Apply proven methods for traffic growth and user engagement, enhancing query recommendations and personalization across different user touchpoints.

Qualifications:
 

• Proven experience in a senior product management role, ideally within major streaming or large-scale content platforms.
• Strong experience in optimizing existing products to enhance user engagement and growth.
• Demonstrated success in improving content recommendations, driving revenue growth, and expanding user engagement for video or content-sharing platforms.
• Deep understanding of user acquisition strategies, growth metrics, and user engagement.
• Experience with building and optimizing recommendation systems or personalized content platforms.
• Familiarity with content operations and the unique needs of a digital media platform.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and lead teams through uncertainty.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative leadership style.
• Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
