Job Description
- Leading strategic go-to-market initiatives: You'll create and manage strategic product-related campaigns, confirm operational readiness for launches, and ensure all product-related communications are of high quality and speak to customer value. You'll also be driving campaigns and activities to support customer acquisition and retention by collaborating across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Developing deep product knowledge: You'll take ownership of a key area of HCHB's product strategy, becoming a go-to subject matter expert internally.
- Managing pricing & packaging day-to-day activities: You will ensure that pricing & packaging decisions align with the value we offer our customers, developing business cases where appropriate.
- Being the internal expert on our target audience: You'll become the authority on our market segmentation and personas, their specific pain points, goals that we can help address, and motivation across the buying journey.
- Overseeing our competitive intelligence & win/loss strategy: You'll steer our market intelligence strategy, clearly articulating insights from competitive analysis, research and data. In doing so you'll develop a deep understanding of the competition, our positioning relative to them, and how we win.
- Creating compelling messaging: In everything you do, you'll be translating your product and market knowledge into attention-grabbing messages that resonate with our audience and ladder up to our overall product positioning.
- You're a leader but also a "strategic doer" and independent contributor - you know how to inspire, empower and assist others, but also how to get things done in a fast-paced environment (people management experience and/or interest is a bonus).
- You have 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing within the healthcare industry (bonus if within the post-acute space)
- Experience with calculating and capitalizing on the total addressable market (TAM) for a given product/service
- You're deeply collaborative and possess strong influencing skills that enable you to be an impactful driver of cross-functional initiatives.
- You're a strong communicator and possess exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- You possess the ability to translate technical concepts into tangible, user-focused benefits.
- You have a keen sense of curiosity, a desire to learn, and are a creative problem-solver.
- Bonus: You're Product Marketing certified (Product Marketing Association or Pragmatic Marketing)
HCHB requires all applicants to be US citizens or have a green card allowing them to work in the US without being subject to export control restrictions.
