GBG IDology Marketing Team

We develop and implement best-in-class strategies to drive revenue growth and position IDology as a leading provider of identity verification solutions in the Americas.
The role
GBG IDology is looking for a hardworking, high-energy leader with a gift for distilling complex product concepts into relatable problem-solution narratives. With a naturally curious mind and a passion for storytelling, the ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of creating compelling brand content that creates awareness, inspires consideration, and motivates action, directly contributing to overall revenue growth and marketplace penetration.
As the Director of Product Marketing, you will play a visible and pivotal role in driving the success of our comprehensive suite of identity verification, AML/KYC compliance solutions and fraud management to help businesses drive revenue, deter fraud and maintain compliance. You will act as a subject matter expert liaising closely with our Demand Generation, Product Management and Go-to-Market Teams to bolster market penetration and brand preference for our identity verification offering.
What you will do
- Product Messaging and Positioning: Develop distinct audience-centric product positioning and messaging guides that clearly articulate the value and unique selling propositions of our identity verification offering. Collaborate with product leaders to identify product strengths, points of differentiation and application-specific advantages in order to ensure relevant messaging to desired markets.
- Content Creation and Campaign Management: Manage the development of impactful customer-facing content, including white papers, articles, case studies, content upgrades, multimedia and more, to clearly communicate the value, positioning and unique advantages of our solutions and drive product awareness and adoption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other departments such as product management, sales engineering, and sales enablement to ensure alignment of objectives across campaign launches and product releases.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Oversee research activities that serve to generate insights to inform strategy and messaging, including qualitative stakeholder interviews, secondary research and competitive analyses to uncover the needs, values and motivators of our target audiences within the macro business environment.
- Sales Enablement: Create and deliver sales tools and training materials to empower Sales and Customer Success teams with the knowledge and resources necessary to engage in effective conversations with new and existing clients.
- Strategic Marketing Development: Develop, execute and manage go-to-market strategies based on a keen understanding of target markets, customer needs, buying behaviors and competitive offerings to bolster market penetration and brand preference.
- Leadership: Develop and mentor growing team of product marketing, creative and content managers.
Requirements
- Extensive product marketing experience in a B2B organization (ideally within a SaaS, cloud or online security service company)
- Robust understanding of the digital identity industry, the key buyer and influencer personas and their underlying needs strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in successfully promoting and establishing market leadership for technology products.
- Be a good co-worker and colleague that believes in collaboration and is open to others point of view
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
