Director of Product Marketing

We’re looking for a Director of Product Marketing to join our growing Marketing team. After a year, the ideal candidate for this role will fully own the positioning, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategy for Mantra’s digital and clinical products, and will be the link between our product and go-to-market teams. We’re looking forward to meeting excellent strategists, marketers, and operators who know how to turn a product feature into a value-prop for our prospects, and communicate the voice of our customers back to our internal teams to constantly refine our offering. The Director of Product Marketing will:

• Report to the VP Marketing
• Own Mantra’s understanding of the competitive landscape and disseminating it throughout the org
• Own customer/prospect advisory groups that can beta test products, positioning, pitching, GTM strategies, and tactics
• Own sales enablement, working closely with the Head of Sales and VP Marketing to deliver on sales enablement priorities
• Maintain strong connectivity with product and customer success teams, serving as the voice of the customer to internal teams
• Manage & mentor the Product Marketing Associate

• 5+ years experience in Product Marketing
• 2+ years experience in a related Marketing, Sales, or Business Development function
• Experience working on enterprise products marketed to multiple stakeholders
• Experience working as a “translator” between product/engineering and GTM teams
• Experience working in higher ed
• Experience enabling sales and account management teams
• Deep empathy for the patients and university partners we’re supporting

Mantra Health is a digital mental health clinic on a mission to improve access mental healthcare for young adults through clinical services, software, and design. The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $165,000
