RisingWave Labs is looking for a Growth-oriented Product Marketing leader to enable the success, efficiency, and scalability of the Product marketing function. This role will have a big influence across the teams and you will play a key part in amplifying the messaging and branding of Products as well as company. Ideal candidate would be a self-starter who likes working in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities
• Responsible for producing valuable content for the company's online presence, editorial design and organizing the company's publications
• Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines etc.
• Oversee social media strategy and implementation
• Monitor progress and submit key metrics in support of company GTM goals
• Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements
• Become the organization's agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as Marketing Director at a startup or early stage company with 5+ years experience in sales, marketing, advertising and brand management
• Experience with Data infrastructure space is required. Experience with Stream processing space is preferred
• Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
• Thorough knowledge of Marketing content management, SEO and analytics tools (e.g. Wordpress, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field or MBA is required
