Job Description

As the Director of Product Marketing at One Model, you will be instrumental in shaping the company's product marketing strategy and execution in the dynamic field of people analytics. This role involves leading a team to deliver continuous key messages and value propositions through compelling and targeted market-facing content. You will spearhead the production process for product-specific content, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and market needs.

Goals

  • Continuous delivery of key messages and value propositions through compelling and targeted market-facing content.
  • Spearhead the production process for product-specific content, maintaining high standards of quality and effectiveness.
  • Achieve deep immersion and understanding of the HR tech ecosystem, linking our products, features, and benefits to desired outcomes for customers.
  • Craft and convey product interaction stories and high-level demonstrations that resonate with and engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep thorough tabs on the product roadmap for our people analytics platform and data science solution sets.
  • Own product and feature launch activities, coordinating with marketing channel and resources to execute.
  • Align all marketing content assets with the brand's tone, style, graphics, and formats. Ensure that new ones are compliant.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the HR technology and people analytics market dynamics, including target customers, competitors, and thought leaders.
  • Collaborate with and leverage the production team, including the Director of Marketing, content team, designers, and videographer.
  • Execute against a defined message strategy with a focus on continuous refinement and improvement.
  • Plan and implement marketing efforts with the goal of achieving financial targets such as leads, sales pipeline, bookings, and brand awareness.
  • Quickly develop and activate a vast LinkedIn network of key connections (industry HR leaders, potential customers, brand advocates) to promote our content and amplify our brand across our target audience.

Required Qualifications

  • Self-starter and self-directed with an unmistakable bias to action. 
  • Ability to work and be productive independently. Seeks out problems to solve, conversations to be had, connections to be made, has one another's backs, and goes the extra mile to lead by example.
  • Highly organized and tech fluent. Must be able to work within our operational systems or win consensus for new approaches.
  • Exceptional verbal and written storytelling skills. Clarity and conciseness in communications are essential and vital for success.
  • Experience in presenting to audiences and being the central talent in videos. A natural, engaging storyteller who can leverage this skill in their role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Highly responsible Slack communicator, adept at maintaining effective communication across the team.
  • Ability to engage in actual work collaboratively over Zoom calls, including screen sharing, note-taking, walking through processes, and updating plans and documents.
  • Fondness for operational creativity, cunning time hacks, intelligent shortcuts, and other ways to "scale oneself."

Base Salary Range

$145,000$185,000 USD
