Director of Product Marketing, Signals & Measurement

We’re looking for a Director of Product Marketing to join Snap Inc! As a leader within the Product team, you will partner with our Product Management, Sales, Marketing Science, and other cross functional teams on Signals and Measurement products from conception to product launch, and lead the growth and adoption of these products. You will establish the vision for how new and existing products are brought to market, how they fit within the suite of ads products we offer, how they work with the 3rd party ecosystem, and lead cross functional initiatives that capture growth opportunities.
What you’ll do:
Develop the strategy for signals collection and measurement products for Snap Ads that grows advertiser value, building the highest value products for signals collection, identity, optimization, tracking, attribution, and measurement solutions.
Develop goals and drive go-to-market and growth of the products in partnership with cross functional teams within Snap
Lead market feedback collection, prioritization, and business case development for product and engineering resourcing across our signals, attribution, measurement, and meas-partner ecosystem
Build, mentor and grow a team of managers and senior independent contributors to execute against a long-term go to market strategy
Facilitate new product and partner testing through rigorous experimentation to validate the product thesis prior to scaling
Influence key decisions on growth and implementation of scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions
Iterate quickly without compromising quality and raise the bar on operational excellence
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience with adtech signals, ads measurement, ideally for App based advertising
Ability to collaborate strategically with all facets of an organization from C-Levels through to sales teams, product management leaders, and other cross-functional teams
Ability to inspire and be an effective mentor to direct report and cross functional teams
Ability to execute against defined objectives both tactically and strategically
Ability to initiate and drive emerging projects from strategy to completion
Ability to communicate results clearly and effectively across a matrix organization
A seasoned strategic leader and product-minded thinker
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
8+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or advertising technology
Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years in a senior management role at a consumer technology company
Experience in quantitative analysis or data science
Experience with product design or product management
