As a Director of Product Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of our product strategy and operations. You will act as the operational backbone for the product team, aligning cross-functional efforts, optimizing processes, and driving data-informed decisions to deliver exceptional cybersecurity solutions.

As a strategic leader, you will bridge the gap between product vision and execution, enabling the team to deliver innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs. As a process innovator, you will implement frameworks and tools to streamline workflows and ensure efficiency across the product lifecycle.

What you will do

Strategic Planning and Alignment

• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to align operational goals with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Drive product strategy execution by managing timelines, resource allocation, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Act as a key advisor to the product leadership team, providing insights on operational scalability and efficiency.




Operational Excellence

• Develop and implement processes to streamline product development, release management, and go-to-market activities.
• Create and manage KPIs to measure product performance, customer adoption, and operational success.
• Oversee tools and systems to enhance product lifecycle management, from ideation to sunset.




Data-Driven Insights

• Establish and maintain a robust data infrastructure to track customer feedback, product usage, and market trends.
• Provide actionable insights to product managers and stakeholders, enabling informed decisions.
• Monitor competitive intelligence and industry benchmarks to ensure the company remains ahead of cybersecurity trends.




Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as a liaison between product management, engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
• Work closely with the customer success team to effectively capture and address customer needs.
• Facilitate executive-level reporting on product roadmaps, performance, and risks.

What you need to be successful

• Should be located in the eastern or central timezone.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or related roles.
• Proven success in SaaS, preferably in cybersecurity or a related industry.
• Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and align diverse teams.
