About the Role

The Director of Product Operations (New Role) will be responsible for developing an integrated/coordinated project management strategy for the GME Product Management Group. In coordination with Product Leadership (CKStudent, 3D4 Medical and Osmosis) and Development Management defining consistant high-level (quarterly, annual and longer term) planning activities, with the appropriate preparation, facilitation, key artifacts and communications. You will be responsible for, in coordination with Development Management, for defining and tracking Product specific OKRs, with a special emphasis on coordinating quarterly OKRs with all contributing teams (Content, Marketing, Sales and other dependent technology teams). In addition, you will be responsible for coordination of all associated and dependent teams to ensure project success, following the PMO workstreams approach. Additionally, you will provide up to date status reporting highlighting areas of risk with realistic mitigation strategies. The Director of Product Operations will support all divisional planning activities providing accurate and up to date metrics. which they will also provide on a regular basis to senior management.

Responsibilities
  • Developing an integrated/coordinated project management strategy for the GME Product Management Group

  • Having responsibility for coordination of all associated and dependent teams to ensure project success
  • Providing up to date status reporting highlighting areas of risk with realistic mitigation strategies.
  • Supporting all divisional planning activities providing accurate and up to date metrics. which they will also provide on a regular basis to senior management.


Requirements
  • Have a BA or above in a relevant subject
  • Have at least 10 yrs. of relevant project management experience in a complex software development environment
  • Have a talent for clear communication and collaboration
  • Have deep knowledge of agile and SDLC processes
