Our Research and Insights Business Unit is looking for a Director of Product Management to join the team! Our Research and Insights Business Unit is responsible for delivering high quality digital-based health research, data, and insights to customers across the Healthcare industry. Our Product Management department plays a critical role in assessing the customer needs, both short and long term, and organizing technical and engineering talent around delivering against those needs, and pulling through the implementation of those capabilities to the relevant functional teams accountable for delivering for our customers.

Evidation is seeking a motivated and experienced Director of Product Management in our Research & Insights team. You will be responsible for managing a team of 4 to 6 Product Managers along with building out visions and roadmaps with our executive team. The successful candidate will have knowledge of building roadmaps, strategic management, and stakeholder engagement with products that deliver value to healthcare entities (e.g. Pharmaceutical R&D organizations, healthcare organizations, etc). You’ll be reporting directly into the Vice President of Research and Insights.

• Define and execute on the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Research & Insights side of our business including driving business models, product experience, etc.
• Influence senior management on key priorities and strategies necessary to drive Evidation’s R&I team as a leader in decentralized, virtual health research 
• Own all engagement with key strategic partners, clients, and cross-functional teams to align product goals, strategy, and vision
• Collaborate with leadership across the organization to influence cross-departmental strategy and priorities 
• Drive new product definition and framing that reflect on current company strategy and help Evidation understand our competitors strengths to help us understand the gaps in the industry and incorporate that into our product roadmap/strategy 
• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of product specialist/managers that consistently delivers on projects with the level of quality that drives desired customers and business outcomes

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8-10 years in a Product Management role with 4-6 years of people management experience 
• Experience working in the virtual health research field 
• Experience managing a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate degree
• Experience with digital clinical trials
