Director of Product & Solutions Marketing

You, as the Director of Product & Solutions Marketing, will be the go to marketing resource for our Threat Intelligence business unit. You will be attached at the hip with our GM, Product Management, Sales and Marketing teams, collaborating tirelessly to drive brand awareness, demand generation and growth for our threat intelligence solutions. You will be responsible for market strategy, identifying growth segments, defining and prioritizing solutions, developing messaging, enabling sales, and creating compelling buyer-journey content while ensuring key product marketing metrics are achieved. This role is a combination of strategy, creativity and execution that will require resilience, energy and determination to be successful. You will report to our Head of Product Marketing located in Cambridge, MA.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years working at threat intelligence, threat detection and anti-malware organizations
- 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience
- Major in business, marketing, product management, or computer science
- Previous roles in product management, and sales engineering a plus
- Possesses a combination of strategic thinking, execution, creativity and project management skills
- Loves to create compelling experiences through written and visual form to guide users through the digital and personal buying journey
- Passion for winning, driving change and executing in a fast-moving startup environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Creative with good PowerPoint skills
- The ability to travel up to 25% or as required by this position
Requirements
- Possess deep domain expertise in threats, threat intelligence, threat hunting and malware
- Develop go-to-market plans for new and existing products to achieve awareness, customer acquisition, and lead generation goals
- Collaborate often with the GM, product management, sales, and marketing teams including demand generation, content marketing, field marketing and communications
- Build and maintain market research through customer surveys, industry experts and competitive intelligence
- Drive market segment definitions, targeting and strategic opportunity space prioritization in support of go-to-market execution
- Own persona-driven message development, value proposition definitions and source messaging management
- Plan and coordinate major product launches to achieve business objectives through the management of cross-functional resources and execution
- Work closely with demand generation to meet global lead, pipeline and sales objectives
- Develop white papers, solution briefs, eBooks, blogs, videos and presentations with clear and compelling value propositions across the customer journey
- Manage reference programs, customer advisory engagement and case study production
- Speak at industry events in addition to customer and partner-facing webinars
- Enable sales across the buying journey with training and sales tools, including presentations, assets, videos, demos, and competitive write-ups
- Gather and analyze product and campaign performance, operational metrics, and win/loss
- Represent ReversingLabs marketing in critical projects that have an impact on the company's performance and future direction
