We are searching for a Director of Professional Services who will manage the implementation process and build out other functions as professional service needs evolve. This leader should be a highly motivated, strategic thinker who can guide, inspire, and mentor our Professional Services team. This person is capable of and willing to get deeply involved in day-to-day operational tasks required to build and run a services organization. While focusing on immediate needs, such as revamping the segmented onboarding approach at Canopy, they will execute a long-term vision and strategy to improve and grow the organization and add value to our customer journey.

What you'll do:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and management of customer implementation, professional services, and customer training
- Collaborate cross-functionally in the management of overall resource allocation, capacity planning, training, and change management projects
- Identify business opportunities and success criteria and clearly articulate milestones and execution plans
- Support pre-sales initiatives to create customer trust that will increase the deal velocity and size
- Support new and existing customers with services to drive adoption during the onboarding, upsell and customer save process
- Collaborate with engineering to create and update data migration processes to support customer implementations
- Manage and develop a team that is driven to meet KPIs
- Drive continuous innovation and optimization of processes and systems to realize efficiencies of scale and decrease COGS
- Create a process to deliver appropriate training to customers to drive adoption at key milestones of the customer journey

Skills you'll need:
- 5+ years experience in Customer Success/Professional Services/Implementation with at least 2-3 years in leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to move quickly and iterate
- Ability to support delivery models that align with customer segments, deliver value, and scale with growth projections
- Proven ability to effectively and productively drive cross-functional initiatives
