About the jobWe are looking for a Professional Services manager who loves building solutions, delivering business value and wants to be a major contributor to our Global Services organization. This position is for someone who has strong business acumen, solid experience deploying Segment technology and the ability to manage a team. This professional will additionally provide pre-sales support to account teams and engage with customers to demonstrate the value of Twilio/Segment solutions. The role will be approximately 75% management/pre-sales and 25% delivery to customers, allowing the person to maintain their consulting and technical skills.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you’ll:
- Manage and develop team of Professional Services (PS) delivery consultants
- Engage with Account teams on pre-sales scoping for PS services
- Collaborate with internal PS teams on the staffing and allocation of resources on both customer facing and internal engagements
- Oversee Professional Services delivery of engagements for P1-P3 consultants
- Work closely with Project Management Organization and PS Ops team with regard to both customer-facing delivery and back-end finance/accounting activities
- Serve as point of escalation for region with regard to client or delivery challenges

Required:
- Proven experience working in Professional Services and as a consulting manager
- Demonstrated ability in Martech, CRM, Data, Cloud or Data Center
- Consulting experience as Technical Project Lead and/or Senior Implementation Consultant
- Services Pre-sales experience
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proficiency in business, written, and conversational English
Desired:
- Experience working closely with or implementing any of our Destination partners
- Technical certifications (CRM, Martech, adtech, Linux, Windows, DevOps etc.)
- Expertise in multiple areas of the MarTech ecosystem and concepts including attribution, analytics, adtech, CRM, mobile, NPS, and more
- Flexibility to perform duties across APAC time zones with occasional work in US time zones

This role will be based in Australia. Â
Approximately 20% travelÂ
