iFIT’s vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.

We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Director of Program Management to develop and mature a phase gate process for our product development organization.  This individual will report to the Chief Product Officer and work primarily across hardware, firmware, software, and operations organizations to coordinate the development and launch of new products to international markets.  The ideal candidate will have extensive product development and program management experience and a deep understanding of the product development, test and new product introduction processes.

The role is a hybrid opportunity but will require regular travel to our headquarters in Logan, Utah office.

ROLE COMMITMENTS

  • Establish and deploy a phase gate process for new product development of the FY27 portfolio.
  • Weekly tracking of program status and risks to deliver the FY26/FY27 portfolio on time with quality.
  • Work across hardware, firmware, software, and operations organizations to coordinate the development and launch of new products to international markets 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organizing daily activities based on the goals of the organization
  • Devising new processes that support the organization’s objectives
  • Working with other departments to develop budgets and plans for the programs
  • Evaluating and assessing the programs’ strengths, weaknesses and risks
  • Monitoring projects to ensure goals are met
  • Meeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Education and Basic Quaifitcations (Measurable, disqualifier)

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Program Management and/or Product Development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Authorized to work in the Untied States without sponsorship.

Pay Range:
$150,000$170,000 USD
