As our Director of Relationship Management, you will be at the center of how Redesign Health creates companies that are truly transforming the healthcare industry. You will be a trusted partner that will be responsible for directly supporting our Founding OpCo Leaders from launch until exit of the company. Your goal is to ensure that we enable successful leaders and provide them with the best possible experience starting a company with Redesign Health. This work includes navigating support for our founders and taking full advantage of the platform resources available at Redesign to work cross-functionally and facilitate feedback loops to triage any issues.Â
In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our founders and partner closely with our Venture Chair, Product & Technology Platform, and Venture Insights teams.
You will report to the VP of Relationship Management at our New York City headquarters or remote.
What you’ll do:- Own several CEO and founding team relationships and serve as their primary contact to Redesign Health.
- Project manage and deliver high quality support for our founders.
- Deliver Redesign Health solutions to maximize the value we deliver to our operating companies.
- Execute and continually improve the playbook on how we best support companies from launch to exit.
- Manage the founder feedback strategy, process & outcomes for companies and Redesign Health Product & Technology teams.
- Set and manage stakeholder expectations and escalations.
- Represent the voice of customers across the organization.
- You have 2+ years of top tier management consulting experience.
- You have 7+ years of experience delivering solutions and experience for businesses or executive clients.
- You have 7+ years of experience managing senior cross-functional stakeholders.
- You have worked within the healthcare domain.
- You are skilled in managing processes and tools that deliver value; examples of these are solution playbooks, expert networks, vetting vendors and contractors.
- You have a proven track record of being customer-obsessed and focused.

Full-time base salary range of $150,000 - $225,000 plus a competitive equity & benefits package listed under the "Why work with us?" section.Â
