We are looking for a Director of Revenue Marketing to lead the strategic growth initiatives for the Enlighted brand. This role includes driving customer acquisition, retention, and expansion through innovative, comprehensive marketing strategies. The Director of Revenue Marketing will provide leadership across the marketing function, aligning departmental goals with corporate objectives and ensuring the scalability of our marketing efforts. This is a Hybrid position based in Cary, NC.
You'll make an impact as you:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue marketing strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals, incorporating Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to target key accounts and sectors effectively.
- Lead the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and strategic partnerships, ensuring they meet the brand's growth objectives. Use ABM tactics to create personalized engagement strategies for high-value accounts.
- Direct management of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance online presence and lead generation.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Development and Sales Operations teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies with sales objectives. Oversee the management of Salesforce processes to enhance lead flow and track revenue impact directly from marketing efforts.
- Oversee and enhance the performance of the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, ensuring strategic alignment with marketing campaigns and objectives, and coaching on best practices in lead generation and follow-up.
- Use advanced data analytics to inform marketing decisions, optimize campaign strategies, and report on success metrics to partners, focusing on revenue impact and customer engagement.
- Spearhead the development of content strategies that effectively communicate the brand's value proposition, tailored to diverse buyer personas across various stages of the customer journey, with a special focus on key accounts.
- Mentor and develop a successful marketing team capable of driving complex marketing strategies. Foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Act as the primary marketing liaison to internal and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment on business objectives.
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Digital marketing or growth marketing expertise, with direct experience leading strategic marketing efforts at a high level.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and email marketing platforms such as Pardot.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience with WordPress.

- The pay range for this position is $98,980 - $168,680 and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
