Position Overview: Mursion is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations as an integral part of our growing team. The Director of Revenue Operations is a key member of Mursion’s revenue organization, building the foundation and process to support ongoing rapid growth. You will have the opportunity to lead the strategy and execution of revenue operations to maximize our growth and revenue potential.
As the Director of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for managing a cross-functional organization that is the foundation of Mursion’s sales strategy by evolving and uplifting our tools and infrastructure to drive and deliver exceptional sales results. As a seasoned leader, you will act as an advisor while counseling and directing the sales organization toward strategic goals and operational effectiveness. You will be accountable for assisting sales teams in improving performance with data and insights, influencing sales goals, quotas, and compensation plans.
This is an FT, salaried, and fully remote position reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer. The compensation package is a $110-150K base salary + discretionary company bonus and benefits based on applied experience, geographic location, and other factors identified by the hiring committee.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement optimal process and policy
- Partner closely with the leadership team on strategic go-to-market initiatives
- Oversee implementation, administration, and adoption of systems
- Lead the effort to use prospecting tools to identify target accounts and contacts strategically
- Manage lead assignment, territory design, and sales rules of engagement
- Design and manage incentive compensation plans
- Oversee enablement and training initiatives and vendor relationships
- Enable effective pipeline and forecast management
- Insightfully manage data modeling and analysis needs
- Produce data and insights to improve process and sales effectiveness
Requirements:
- 8+ years of revenue operations experience in a high-performance, rapid-growth environment.
- A maniacal focus on metrics, performance, innovation, and optimization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to handle multiple competing priorities.
- Adaptable to the quickly changing startup environment.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables
- Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimum supervision.
- Heavily results-oriented; a strong track record in meeting and exceeding goals.
- Able to research, develop and execute sales tools and strategies in the field.
- Solid understanding and experience of analytics around sales pipeline modeling.
- Deep knowledge/understanding of Hubspot is a must.
- Familiarity with other tools, i.e., Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, InsightSquared, Zoom Conference Meetings, and DocuSign a plus.
