Director of Revenue Operations

We’re looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to join our growing Go-To-Market team. After a year in the role, you will have developed impeccable systems on which our teams are proficient, allowing us to forecast our revenue with considerable insight. We’re looking forward to meeting folks who dig into data for fun, and who will help double our revenue. We're excited about candidates from all backgrounds who are passionate about our mission to make mental healthcare accessible and available to young adult students in the U.S. 

The Director of Revenue Operations will:

• Report to the Head of Sale
• Oversee reporting on sales and marketing performance across the organization, including at weekly leadership team meetings
• Facilitate QBRs for the Go to Market team
• Collaborate with Finance on analyses to improve our sales and marketing effectiveness
• Manage our sales stack, including our Salesforce implementation, and train the team on effective usage
• Provide excellent forecasting with insights that help the team

And in a 6 months to a year from now:

• Roll-out a new sales process, including playing a key role  in process design, system updates, and change management
• Collaborate with Finance on commission design and quotas

• 8+ years experience in Revenue or Sales Operations
• Experience at a fast scaling B2B startup
• Experience with enterprise sales cycles
• Experience leading the build-out of sales and marketing dashboards, tooling, and processes
• Find joy in creative analysis of complex revenue data and translate it into useful insights
• Expert in Salesforce and performing complex functions in Excel

And the following would be nice

• Experience in Looker
• Previous work as an account executive

The salary range for this position is $150k - $170k
