In this role you will oversee all platforms and resources associated with the SS&C Blue Prism tech stack including but not limited to each platform's architecture, implementation, and administration. This position will work closely with the members of the Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR and Revenue Operations team to ensure that business processes are implemented to best practices and global standards. Initially you'll be a player-coach as you upskill current staff and grow the team.
Requirements
- Drive the technical architecture and oversee implementation for SS&C Blue Prism's lead-to-cash lifecycle.
- Oversee the migration between existing tools in Blue Prism's tech stack to others already standardized by SS&C.
- Collaborate with the operations leaders from sales, marketing, customer success, professional services, finance and partners to ensure interoperation across each team's current and future processes.
- Manage all third-party consultants contracted to implement enhancements on any revenue tech stack tool.
- Mentor and grow the admins and developers of the SS&C Blue Prism revenue tech team so that they gain valuable experience across all the tools in our stack.
- Manage the application licensing budget for tools that are part of the SS&C Blue Prism revenue tech stack (e.g., SFDC).
Preferred
- Experience managing IT consultants, business system developers, and revenue tech admins along with their associated budget, project backlog and delivery pipeline.
- Ability to define the revenue systems landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver an end-to-end solution.
- Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong integration background.
- Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.
- Strong personal experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, Flows, etc.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ is a plus.
